Acceptable Use Policy

1. Pornography and NSFW

Pornography, sexually explicit content, sexualized nudity, promotion of sexual services and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. Do not use costumes, dance, image editing or references to evade this restriction.

2. Violence and gore

Gore, dismemberment, torture, serious injury, extreme violence, encouragement of self-harm, violent threats and glorification of violence are prohibited. Fictional costumes must not depict wounds, gore or harm.

3. Hate speech

Hate, dehumanization, discrimination or incitement to violence based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or disability is prohibited.

4. Child safety and CSAM

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization, grooming, exploitation, abuse or endangerment of minors is prohibited, including synthetic content. Do not upload, request or distribute such material or evade this restriction by assigning a fictional age.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation

Do not replace real person A’s face or identity in real person B’s photo or video, or turn A into another specific real person. Deep nude and sexualized real-person synthesis are prohibited. Consensual, fully clothed, nonsexual adult hugging is allowed when all other rules are met. Do not deceptively fabricate a real person’s speech, actions or events. These restrictions apply even with consent, to public figures and private individuals alike.

Fictional clothing or non-graphic makeup edits of the same person must preserve their identity and must not introduce another real person. All other rules still apply. Fraudulent synthetic evidence, voice impersonation and misleading endorsements are prohibited.

6. Copyright and trademark infringement

Do not copy, distribute or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including protected characters, logos, music, footage or brand assets. Verify rights for inputs, references, audio and publication. Model capability does not grant a license.

7. Sources of real-person media

Upload only your own photo or voice, or media for which every person depicted has given explicit permission. Group photos require permission from everyone pictured. Do not upload unauthorized public-figure or third-party media. Permission is a prerequisite, not an exemption from section 5 or any other prohibition. Individual workflows may restrict inputs to adult private people or original fictional characters.

8. Moderation, enforcement and AI disclosure

Generation requests are subject to the selected model’s safety checks. The operator reviews task records and reports manually. Requests or outputs may be rejected, held, restricted or removed. Serious or repeated violations can lead to suspension or termination of account and API access, with reporting to authorities where required by law. Automated checks may miss violations; not every item receives human pre-screening. Do not evade moderation, account restrictions or rate limits.

Clearly disclose AI generation when publishing and do not present synthetic content as a real record. Enforcement does not remove statutory consumer rights. This policy does not promise automatic forfeiture of credits or cash refunds.

9. Reports and appeals

Email [email protected] with subject “Content report” or “Moderation appeal”. Include a task ID or page link, category, explanation and reply address. Do not forward illegal imagery, especially CSAM. The operator reviews task records, the report and applicable rules, may request more information, and replies with the outcome where legally permitted. Reply with new evidence to request reconsideration.
